'Tapping for Yidaki'

Limited Edition - of 25, signed, numbered & titled.

We were out tapping for Yidaki (didgeridoo) tapping the hollowed trees. When the sound or note is right, the tree is chopped level with the ground and then cut to length. The termites have done most of the work making the tree hollow. The bark is stripped. The Yidaki painted will tell the story of culture and be ready for ceremony.
